Tractable wanted to generate considerable sales pipeline, promote Tractable “brand love”, solidify Tractable’s position as THE global player in the AI insurance game and align themselves and CEO Alex Dalyac alongside the global players in the tech industry. The most significant challenge was the growth in scope from an intimate 35-person VIP experience into a 200+ VIP showbiz delivery. We had to scale the budget significantly and accommodate accelerating creative and logistics requirements.
Because of the scope evolution, we undertook a complete Creative overhaul and full re-design of the space to accommodate 4 x immersive Expo Zones as well as a ‘Steve Jobs’ style plenary setup with 8 x 4.5m screens and a promenade thrust stage. This gave CEO Alex Dalyac space to interact with guest speakers such as David Coulthard (F1 Driver) and Mark Gallagher (Racing Executive and Business Commentator) and engage the audience in an informal and personal way. We delivered a sensational show which included a two-day Summit, 3 x VIP dinners (one at the ME Hotel, and one in the crypts of St Paul’s Cathedral that got a standing ovation!), A London eye experience and in total delivered 7 separate event experiences.
The 235 attendees were blown-away, so much so that we hit 270% of business pipeline target. There has been huge recognition of Tractable as a market and technology leader in the UK’s Property and Vehicle insurance market.
Tractable were thrilled and have now booked another 3 events with a significant increase in their marketing budget to help continue these successes. They have even hired the contracted events lead as the full time ‘Global Events & Campaign Project Manager’ for Tractable EMEA.
