There is an ‘OrangeDoor way’ of doing things. It’s evolved over the nearly 25 years we’ve been around, but the principles that underpin it remain the same: professionalism, creativity, insightfulness, integrity, passion and ambition. However, anyone can put these words on a website, so what sets us apart is that we are defined by our actions, not just our words.  
Creativity
Sits at the heart of every event we deliver. Every. Single. Event. It’s what we have built our reputation on. Our diverse thinking powers our creativity, innovation and performance.  But, don’t believe us, ask our clients, they’ll tell you the same thing.
Integrity
We are committed to balancing people, planet and profit. We’re a certified B Corp because we know we are nothing without our people, and definitely nothing without our planet!  This principle shapes our whole approach to our business.
Professionalism
Funnily enough, we weren’t actually the first people to call out the ‘OrangeDoor way’. It was one of our clients over two decades ago. They said we had something special, more professional, responsive and strategic than they had experienced before. We loved the phrase- so we held onto it and embedded the philosophy into the business.  
Ambition
We grew well for over 20 years – always upwards. Through the challenges of Covid our passion, resilience and ambition never wavered and refocused and rebuilt and are now bigger and bolder than ever.  We are firmly focused on ‘ever upwards’, becoming a global agency that helps brands unlock truly unforgettable experiences.
Insightfulness
We are driven by our desire to always learn more, to grow our knowledge base and to deeply understand the trends impacting on the industry. Our desire is to be a strategic partner to our clients, offering the insights and advice that set us apart from  the competition.
Passion
OrangeDoor started life in a back bedroom and has grown over the last nearly 25 years into a global events agency, still led by our founder and CEO.  Our undeniable passion for creating unforgettable experiences and events for our clients remains the bedrock of the business.
