We were tasked with creating a stand-out exhibition stand that was approachable and professional, with clean lines and uncluttered appearance ServiceNow were keen to remain looking professional and not be too visually risk for this high-end business event, but at the same time wanted a space that is fun, visual, dynamic and reflects their purpose that ‘we make the world of work, work better for people'. The exhibition stand should also focus on sustainable build outcomes
Solution
We designed an open-sided centerpiece meeting area designed to be intimate, yet approachable and installed a coffee machine to maintain a relaxed and professional networking environment We designed custom LED lighting and branded walls doubling as storage space as well as light-box and video walls for dynamic content and stand-out visual effects. The lay-out was open and welcoming, relying on the well-briefed stand managers to ba approachable and friendly to the delegates
success
The stand was a huge success - the client was delighted and the ergonomics of the stand worked perfectly. We also built the piece as a modular and re-usable space. We used alLocally-sourced build & AV team to keep cost and initial environmental impact to a minimum, plus furniture up-cycled to local crew post-event. Exhibition stand was featured highly in social posts from clients and peers and the space was full of meetings from beginning to end
