Global Enterprise IT software solutions provider, Quest, approached OrangeDoor to manage a conference for European users of its KACE software. Following an immensely successful UserKon conference in the US, this event for its European customers had to deliver an equally dynamic experience that balanced the provision of valuable product information and networking, while offering customers the opportunity to unwind and enjoy the all the event and the venue had to offer.


How We Made It Amazing

OrangeDoor managed every aspect of the event, from building a dedicated event registration site that could take payments for tickets, to sourcing the venue, delegate management, on-site management and support, event communications, and design of on-site branding.

The OrangeDoor event team organised this event in a very short timeframe, responding quickly and effectively to changes in the brief and the scale of the event. Held in Paris, the event featured two days of informative content to help KACE customers get the most out of their software. Innovative spaces like the Geek Bar, a networking lounge that proved extremely popular, provided areas for delegates to relax and catch up on any work, and a gala dinner brought together all attendees for a relaxed evening of food and drink.

The event was a relaunch into Europe for UserKon, and was so successful, receiving glowing feedback from attendees, that Quest are already planning a larger version for 2019.
