OrangeDoor began liaising with journalists immediately, initially getting feedback on proposed dates for the event, and ensuring no clashes with other industry events or press deadlines. Inca were offering to cover travel and accommodation for attending journalists, so the delegate management included collecting passport details and preferred travel routes, and booking flights, trains and taxis for all attendees.
We also wrote a press release with translation into 5 languages, and supported Inca’s spokespeople with their messaging, presentation decks and hospitality.
OrangeDoor met Inca’s target number of journalists in attendance, as well as having journalists from every key region across Europe in attendance.
Zero dropouts, with every single journalist expected to attend showing up to the event.
The event resulted in amazing coverage of the new machine, across all strategically importance regions.
