With an ongoing trend for more intimate experiences for IT Decision Makers, Dell EMC approached OrangeDoor to devise an event series that could be easily replicated across the country for various lines of business (LOB). The events – with no more than 15 people, would have a professional but informal approach and a focus on collaboration, networking and knowledge sharing .

How We Made It Amazing

Taking inspiration from successful roundtables, an agenda was centred around lunch in a private dining space - providing a perfect base for cross-table debates and conversations. Each venue was chosen based on a brief from the LOB lead, who also provided messaging and top-line content in a simple template – ensuring consistency throughout the communications. Branding, collateral and giveaways were designed to be generic to the series, ensuring cost efficiencies across the events.

Seven events were run in various towns and smaller cities across the UK and Ireland, with customers from 44 different companies attending. An average feedback score of 4.46/5 was achieved with a NPS of 65.
