With a unique skillset in PR, events and integrated marketing across multiple sectors, Elizabeth brings invaluable knowledge to all of our campaigns along with injecting a sense of fun and excitement into everything we do. RICHARD - DIRECTOR

Founding director and the ongoing inspiration behind the company’s technical production. Richard consults across OrangeDoor’s portfolio while continuing to work for independent productions ensuring he is at the forefront of the industry’s coolest, high profile, most standout events, bringing all that exceptional and enviable knowledge and experience to OrangeDoor’s clients. EMAIL

LUCIANA - HR DIRECTOR

Luciana is the heart and soul of OrangeDoor. She has been with the company since the very beginning and is responsible for the most important assets – our amazing team. Working directly with Elizabeth, Luciana oversees and manages all HR processes, from recruitment
to training and personal development.
Thanks to her strong relationship skills the team has been able to flourish and grow over the last 16 years. EMAIL

CAROLINE - FINANCE DIRECTOR

Caroline brings a unique approach to all things finance. Her strategic mind combined with her previous entrepreneurial experience ensures we fully adhere to accounting policies in-house and for our clients.
She confidently leads our accounting team and works closely with Elizabeth to monitor all financial aspects for OrangeDoor. EMAIL

KAREN - OPERATIONS AND COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Karen can bring calm to any storm and no task is too complicated for her analytical mind. She has a wealth of experience working for blue chip companies in the UK and overseas. She oversees the events team, both live and exhibitions, while also monitoring budgetary expenditures and working closely with our managing director to review working practices and ensuring the business operates at its best. EMAIL

HARDEEP - EXECUTIVE TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Hardeep joins the core events team to support our showcase events. From small conferences to events holding 3,000 people, there’s no challenge too great for Hardeep and his highly-specialised technical team. His extensive industry knowledge spans from the latest audio and video technologies to sound engineering and stage production. Always on top of the latest trends in tech, he helps bring OrangeDoor’s events to life with precision and flair and works seamlessly with our clients to deliver the best experiences – always with a calm attitude and nerves of steel.  EMAIL

An advocate of a multi-disciplined approach to communications and marketing, Paul has 20 years’ experience including eight running his own integrated agency. He brings strong strategic insight as well as a highly entrepreneurial approach to business, always focused on moving brands closer to customers through intelligent and inspiring campaigns. Jenna brings over 10 years’ experience in delivering events for an array of industries and sectors. At OrangeDoor she heads up the exhibitions and installations team with enthusiasm and determination, ensuring events are delivered on time and on brief. HELENA - CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER

In her role as Creative Services Manager, Helena is OrangeDoor’s client brand expert and the commercial and strategic brain behind our creative studio’s success.  Over her six years at OrangeDoor, Helena has developed exceptional project management and client relationship skills, and provides strategic and creative input into all artwork, ensuring everything is perfectly tailored to our clients’ needs and delivered on time and on budget. Her multi-faceted role means she is able to bring another unique perspective to the creative table, helping to ensure the agency’s approach to campaigns and events is always fresh, exciting and innovative. EMAIL
