BRIEF

Create a 15-20 second video to announce a new Mizuno partnership - Mavericks netball team’s official kit supplier from 2017. Video designed to be shared through paid Facebook post on both Mizuno and Mavericks Facebook pages. Create the video with scope to extend into a series of exciting announcement videos for Mizuno.

OUR APPROACH

Working to a short lead time, we created a concept that would utilise existing imagery and audio. We created a sense of anticipation through opening the video with the court lights switching on before flashing between the flicker of the lights with stills – the Mizuno and Mavericks logos flashing up between stills. The video finishes on the two logos, pulsing on a heartbeat audio, with a hashtag to encourage engagement and sharing.

HOW WE MADE IT AMAZING

With both Mizuno and Mavericks starting with the letter ‘M’, we created the hashtag #MMXVII, that would bring the brands together, as well as signify the beginning of the partnership from 2017. This ensured a sharability that resulted in exceptional results.
